A woman’s purse was ripped from her hands at the Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center in the 1600 block of Foster Street at 8:40 p.m. yesterday.

2000 Howard
A window was damaged at a residence in the 2000 block of Howard Street around 7:46 p.m. Wednesday.
700 Monroe
Someone used a brick to damage the windshield of a vehicle in the 700 block of Monroe Street between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. yesterday.
GRAFFITI
721 Custer
Luke D. White, 18, of 1844 Greenleaf St., was arrested at 721 Custer Ave. at 10:07 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a graffiti offense.

855 Hinman
Michael N. Robinson, 29, of 1813 W. Chase Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 855 Hinman Ave. at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday and charged with violation of an order of protection.
THEFT
1600 Benson
A secured grey cruiser-style bicycle was stolen from the 1700 block of Benson Avenue between 6:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. yesterday.
TRAFFIC
1316 Fowler
Ryan R. Nicholson, 22, of 1316 Fowler Ave., was arrested at that address at 9:17 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation.
949 Pitner
Lauren E. Valencia, 30, of 1418 Prairie Creek, Joliet, was arrested at 949 Pitner Ave. at 12:38 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence.
