Evanston police say traffic is blocked in all directions at Ridge Avenue and Grove Street after a rollover accident about 3 p.m.
Police say the two-car collision is expected to have traffic blocked until about 4 p.m.
Traffic is being diverted onto Asbury Avenue from Davis to Lake streets.
There were no immediate reports of injuries from the accident.
The Ridge and Grove intersection has been the seen of many collisions in recent years. Two years ago the city added signs barring many turns at the intersection in an effort to reduce the number of accidents.
