THEFT

1100 Garnett
A Ring security camera on the front door of a home in the 1100 block of Garnett Place was found missing on Monday. The owner said she discovered that it went offline at about 7:30 p.m. Friday and assumed it was stolen then.

2200 Howard
A wallet was taken from a purse at a store in the 2200 block of Howard Street between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday.

1000 Main
A purse and its contents were stolen from the 1000 block of Main Street around 11:45 p.m. Friday.

500 Davis
A theft occurred at a business in the 500 block of Davis Street around 11 a.m. Tuesday.

1600 Sherman
A wallet and its contents were stolen from a gym locker at LA Fitness, in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:20 p.m. Monday.

400 Barton
The wheels and tires of a 2000 Volvo were taken from the vehicle in the 400 block of Barton Avenue between noon Wednesday and 6:15 a.m. Thursday.

600 South Boulevard
A gray 2012 Ford Focus was stolen from the 600 block of South Boulevard between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 6:15 a.m. Thursday.

1500 Sherman
A gray 2022 Audi Q3 was stolen from the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue around 2:10 p.m. Tuesday.

800 Dodge
Food items were taken from a 7-Eleven store in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday.

BATTERY

1720 Maple
Hang Hua, 30, of 420 Quimby Road in Rochester, was arrested at 1720 Maple Ave. at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday and charged with domestic battery.

BURGLARY

900 Hinman
Someone forced their way into a residence in the 900 block of Hinman Avenue with a pry tool between 10 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday. Nothing was reported taken.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

1600 Hinman
Wine glasses were broken at the bar in the Graduate Evanston Hotel in the 1600 block of Hinman Avenue at 7:12 a.m. Saturday.

900 Davis
Items were damaged in the waiting room of an office in the 900 block of Davis Street at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday.

2600 Sheridan
A basement window was broken at the Grosse Point Lighthouse in the 2600 block of Sheridan Road between noon on Jan. 8 and 4:33 p.m. Tuesday.

600 Hull
Someone damaged a door at a residence in the 600 block of Hull Terrace by kicking it around 7 p.m. on Dec. 31.

TRAFFIC

1000 Greenwood
Martin Coletti-Solis, 56, of 2739 N. Leclaire Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1000 Greenwood St. at 6:29 a.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
