Evanston police Monday reported seven incidents of retail theft — on Chicago Avenue, Dodge Avenue and Sherman Avenue.

The Walgreens at 635 Chicago Ave. was hit three times, and in one case there police arrested a 68-year-old Chicago man.

In addition, two homeless people were arrested, one charged with assault, the other with trespass to real property. And porch pirates hit three properties.
