Battery

811 Dobson

Jason I. Brown, 24, of 146 Main St., was arrested at 811 Dobson St. at 9:03 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.

1117 Howard

Kevin Sebastian Higueros, 28, of 5530 N. Mango Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1117 Howard St. at 9:12 p.m. yesterday and charged with aggravated battery.

Other

519 Howard

Chadwick D. Day, 32, of 7738 N. Ashland  Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 519 Howard St. at 4:02 a.m. today and charged with violation of the pedestrian under the influence ordinance. He is due in court on June 29 at 9 a.m.

Theft

1700 Orrington

A bicycle locked to a bike rack in the 1700 block of Orrington Ave. was stolen between 2 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. yesterday.

100 Asbury

Someone stole drugs from the CVS Pharmacy at 100 Asbury Ave. around 8:25 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

497 Sheridan

Martin Daniel Smith, 49, of 7741 South Shore Dr., Chicago, was arrested at 497 Sheridan Road at 12:21 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.  

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
