Theft

3300 Central

A shoplifter took miscellaneous merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy in the 3300 block of Central Street at 1:41 p.m. yesterday.

5611 Lincoln

Deborah Miller, 47, address unknown, was arrested at 5611 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago, at 1:45 a.m. today and charged with retail theft.

Battery

1454 Elmwood

Daikeya S. Carr, 19, of 1483 Foster St., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday and charged with aggravated battery.

Tateanna S. Lang, 23, of 1567 Dodge Ave., was arrested at Evanston police eheadquarters at 7:06 p.m. Tuesday and charged with domestic battery.

Traffic

Oakton at Hartrey

Clarence Eugene Wilson, 66, of 1320 Hartrey Ave., was arrested at Oakton Street and Hartrey Avenue at 1:30 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
