THEFT

600 Chicago

Alcoholic products were stolen from Walgreens Pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue at about 11 a.m. yesterday.

1600 Sherman

Shoplifters were accused of taking electronic merchandise and baby formula at about 2:30 p.m. yesterday and more electronics at around 6 p.m. yesterday at the downtown Target store in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue.

2400 Prairie

A package was removed from the common area of an apartment building in the 2400 block of Prairie Avenue between 10 a.m. and 6:35 p.m. yesterday.

TRAFFIC

605 Oakton

Timothy R. Hawk, 58, of 1254 W. Ardmore Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 605 Oakton St. at 12:49 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on March 23 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
