THEFT
2200 Oakton
Tools were stolen from the Home Depot store in the 2200 block of Oakton Street at about 11:20 a.m. Monday.

2400 Howard
Food merchandise was taken at the Jewel-Osco grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street at about 1:30 p.m. Monday.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
800 Howard
Someone damaged the front door of a commercial operation in the 800 block of Howard Street at about 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 30.
Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
