A 22-year-old Evanston woman was arrested and charged with retail theft at the Whole Foods grocery store on Chicago Avenue. This story is in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Samantha Ann Harney, 22, of 1018 Garnett Place, was arrested at the Whole Foods store at 1640 Chicago Ave. at 4:34 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on April 2 at 9 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
