100 Asbury

Someone stole laundry and hygiene products at the CVS Pharmacy in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue around 12:22 p.m. yesterday.

Battery

1567 Dodge

Tateanna S. Lang, 20, of 1567 Dodge Ave., was arrested at that address at 9:44 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. She is due in court on Jan. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

355 Ridge

Frances E. Quarles,31, of 7606 N. Paulina Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 355 Ridge Ave. at 6:44 p.m. yesterday and charged with battery. She is due in court on Jan. 18 at 9 a.m.

Traffic

1915 Maple

Walter R. Hicks, 42, of 7341 N. Seeley Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1915 Maple Ave. at 12:14 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 1at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
