Carina Loza, 27, of 9110 La Crosse Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 140 Chicago Ave. at 2:22 a.m. today and charged with possessing drug paraphernalia. She is due in court on March 21 at 9 a.m.
Battery
1930 Ridge
Terry L. Pitts, 45, of 1930 Ridge Ave., was arrested at that address at 2:54 a.m. today and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on March 13 at 9:30 a.m.
Graffiti
Lee at Wesley
Graffiti was discovered on the sidewalk near Lee Street and Wesley Avenue at 10:16 a.m. yesterday.

2020 Greenwood
Robert D. McLuckie, 65, of 356 Ridge Ave., was arrested at 2020 Greenwood St. at 12:21 p.m. yesterday and charged with an ammunition identification violation. He is due in court on April 2 at 9 a.m.
Theft
1640 Chicago
Jialin Fang, 21, of 1630 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 1640 Chicago Ave. at 6:27 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. A court date has been set for April 12 at 10:30 a.m.
An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
