The glutted condo market is making it slow going for a developer trying to sell remaining units at the Grand Bend at Green Bay condo project in Evanston.

That’s the report from Chicago Real Estate Daily, which says Bluewater Group Inc., which paid $6.75 million for 38 units in the development in March, has only managed to sell six of the units, despite price on some units of nearly 40 percent.

Prices also have been cut at other downtown developments including Sienna on Oak Avenue and the 1570 Elmwood Ave development now marketed as One Evanston.
