The developer of the proposed Carroll Place at 1881 Oak Ave. is scheduled to bring a trimmed down version of his plan to the city’s Site Plan and Appearance Review Committee on Wednesday.
Developer Robert King initially unveiled the project as an 18-story building last fall. It grew to 19-stories this winter to add more parking. The proposal up for review this week would be 16-stories tall.
The number of condominium units, 175 in the original plan and 172 in the first revision, would drop to 165 in the latest version.
The number of parking spaces, originally 175 and then increased to 270, would drop in the latest version to 247 spaces.
The site plan meeting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Room 2404 of the Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave.
