Theft
2400 Bennett
A package containing a filter that was delivered to a home in the 2400 block of Bennett Avenue was reported stolen around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.
1800 Sheridan
A bicycle locked to a bike rack in the 1800 block of Sheridan Road was stolen between 2 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. yesterday.
Battery
611 Wesley
Corey A. Horton, 24, of 611 Wesley Ave., was arrested at that address at 9:35 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Oct. 10 at 9:30 a.m.
1454 Elmwood
Kadrin Zaimov Kavlakov, 39, of 1243 N. Knollwood Drive, Palatine, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Nov. 13 at 10:30 a.m.
