Theft

1700 Oak

A bicycle was stolen from its apartment parking space in the 1700 block of Oak Avenue between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

2200 Lyons

Someone spray-painted the passenger front door and window of a 2016 Buick in the driveway of a home in the 2200 block of Lyons Street between 8:26 a.m. and 10:02 a.m. yesterday.

Drugs

1925 Dodge

Demetrius Ramon Bogan, 24, of 1927 Dodge Ave., was arrested at that address at 2:26 a.m. today and charged with possession of cannabis. He is due in court on Jan. 30 at 9 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
