Someone stole a package containing medication around 1 p.m. Monday. It had been delivered to an apartment in the 2300 block of Noyes Court.

Jonathan M. Castello, 38, of 511 Judson Ave., was arrested at that address at 9:20 a.m. Saturday and charged with a firearm owner identification violation.

Biserka Petrovic, 35, of 6217 Hamilton Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 11:23 p.m. Wednesday and charged with harassment via electronic communication.

Giancarlo Leilani Rivasplata, 21, of 6513 N . Campbell Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1819 Howard St. at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation.
1439 Ridge
Joseph Anthony Tucker, 28, of 1832 Laurel Ave., was arrested at 1439 Ridge Ave. at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation.
