300 Florence

A work van reported stolen over the weekend in in the 300 block of Florence Avenue has been found in Hodgkins, Ill., about 30 miles west of Evanston.

1600 Sherman

Alcoholic products were taken from the shelves of a store in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue around 5:30 p.m. yesterday.

Criminal Trespass

1718 Dempster

George W. Walter, 19, of 1039 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 1718 Dempster St. at 5:24 p.m. yesterday and charged with criminal trespass of a vehicle. He is due in court on Feb. 27 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti

Fowler at Dempster

Graffiti was discovered on the street at Fowler Avenue and Dempster Street at 1:17 p.m. yesterday.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
