Evanston officials say the city got 2.8 inches of snow overnight as measured at the municipal service center.

Streets and Sanitation Superintendent James Maiworm says main roads and secondary streets are wet and slushy this morning.

He says crews will focus today on plowing residential streets curb to curb.

There are no plans to impose any parking restrictions to deal with the storm.
