Thunderstorms — some possibly severe — are forecast for Evanston tonight, and that’s led Evanston Township High School Athletic Director Chris Livatino to switch the times for this evening’s football games.
Livatino says the Wildkit varsity will play Maine East at Lazier Field at 5 p.m., instead of the originally scheduled 7:30 p.m. start time.
And the sophomore teams will compete at 7:30 p.m., instead of their usual 5 p.m. start — and only if the weather permits.
