Package delivered, then stolen, on Asbury

A package delivered to a home in the 900 block of Asbury Avenue was stolen .This among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Theft

900 Asbury

A package containing miscellaneous merchandise that had been delivered to a home in the 900 block of Asbury Avenue was stolen between 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. yesterday.

600 Chicago

A theft occurred at the Walgreen’s Pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue between 5:33 p.m. and 5:39 p.m. yesterday.

1616 Sherman

Jessica L. Goodman, 29, of 8912 Lavergne Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 1616 Sherman Ave. at 4:11 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on Feb. 11 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti

Arnold at Sheridan

Graffiti was discovered on the sidewalk at Arnold Place and Sheridan Road at 9:36 a.m. yesterday.

Sherman at Austin

Graffiti was discovered on the street at Sherman Avenue and Austin Street at 10:27 a.m. yesterday.

Other

621 Howard

Joel N. Childress, 24, of 1813 Leland Ave., was arrested at 621 Howard St. at 6:56 p.m. yesterday and charged with intimidation.

1734 Sherman

Michael T. O’Malley, 27, of 3421 Park Place, was arrested at 1734 Sherman Ave. at 10:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with being a pedestrian under the influence. He is due in court on March 7 at 9 a.m.

Traffic

899 Chicago

Ella S. Sutton, 34, of 4725 W. Gladys Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 899 Chicago Ave. at 4 a.m.  today and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Feb. 22 at 9 a.m.
