The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office today ruled that the February death of Northwestern University junior Kenzie Krogh was a suicide.

The office said Krogh had consumed alcohol and two prescription antidepressants and that the combination of drugs killed her.

Krogh died on Sunday morning, Feb. 25, at St. Francis Hospital, almost a day after she was taken there by friends after complaining of not feeling well.

The medical examiner’s office said she’d consumed fluoxetine, prescribed under the brand name Prozac, and bupropion, often sold under the brand name Wellbutrin.
