Burglars stole cash from an unlocked 2017 Ford in the 1400 block of Wesley Avenue between 5 p.m. Monday and 4:19 p.m. yesterday.

Justin M. Vierk, 35, of 5745 N. Washtenaw Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1625 Ridge Ave. at 3:15 a.m. today and charged with battery.

Stephen D. Perkins, 21, of 1812 Emerson St., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 12:13 p.m. yesterday and charged with criminal damage to property.
Criminal Trespass

Bizuayehw Dereje Desta, 31, of 6608 N. Damen Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 600 Dodge Ave. at 5:10 p.m. Monday and charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle. He is due in court on June 15 at 9 a.m.

A bicycle locked to a bike rack was stolen from the 1900 block of Sherman Avenue around 9 a.m. yesterday.
Traffic
2000 Green Bay
Mia L. Cristerna, 21, of 6165 N. Winthrop Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2000 Green Bay Road at 11:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on June 26 at 9 a.m.
Green Bay at Noyes
Anthony Hardy, 54, of 4905 Louise St., Skokie, was arrested at Green Bay Road and Noyes Street at 8:39 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence.
