Evanston police arrested three persons at Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue on weapons-related charges. This among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin.
Dempster at Dodge
Emily Correa, 18, of 6110 N. Claremont Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
Carlos Gonzalez, 19, of 4119 N. Ozark Ave., Norridge, was arrested at Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue at 9:59 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a firearm owners identification violation.
Malik Jackson, 19, of 2007 Dodge Ave., was arrested at Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
A burglar kicked down the door to gain access to a single family home in the 2000 block of Warren Street around 8:55 p.m. yesterday.
Graffiti was discovered at the beach in the 500 block of Sheridan Road at 11:28 a.m. yesterday.
Manuel Barbosa-Guzman, 32, of 14 Skokie Valley Road, Lake Bluff, was arrested at 1034 Chicago Ave at 1:11 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 10 at 1:30 p.m.
Nauman N. Karamali, 35, of 852Skokie Blvd., Skokie, was arrested at 1900 Harrison St. at 3:14 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on April 30 at 1:30 p.m.
Chazalle Ruby Morant-Robinson, 20, of 1921 Foster St., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 7:25 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 3 at 9 a.m.
An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
