Desktop computer stolen from Interfaith Action

A desktop computer was reported stolen from Interfaith Action of Evanston, in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue. This among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Burglary

1500 Ridge

Burglars entered Interfaith Action of Evanston, in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue, via an unlocked door and stole a desktop computer between 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and 6:45 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

2306 Greenwood

Corde Dantrell Triplett, 20, of 1315 McDaniel Ave., was arrested at 2306 Greenwood St. at 9:43 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. A court date has been set for May 15 at 9:30 a.m.

Traffic

555 Howard

Mystique T. Ricketts, 26, of 166 Ablett Village, Camden, N.J., was arrested at 555 Howard St. at 8:08 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.  A court date has been set for June 20 at 10:30 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
