Arrested 3 times in 3 days in south Evanston

An 18-year-old Chicago resident has had a busy three days in Evanston this week, having been arrested in south Evanston on Wednesday, yesterday, and today. These stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from the Evanston police.

1528 Madison

Mario A. Moss, 18, of 5352 N. Winthrop Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1528 Madison St. today at 12:51 a.m. and charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Traffic

1807 Washington

731 Dodge

Mario A. Moss, 18, of 5352 N. Winthrop Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1807 Washington St. at 7:27 p.m. Wednesday and again at 1:03 a.m. yesterday at 731 Dodge Ave. on traffic violation charges.

Dempster at Maple

Ana Maria Munoz, 40, of 9040 Keating, Skokie, was arrested at Dempster Street and Maple Avenue at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on June 3 at 1:30 p.m.

Custer at Main

Fabian R. Patino, 24, of 1401 Martin Luther King Drive, North Chicago, was arrested at Custer Avenue and Main Street at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on June 6 at 10:30 a.m.

628 Grove

Bojan Pejcic, 31, of 3354 N. Whipple Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 628 Grove St. at 5:03 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on June 18 at 10:30 a.m.

Ridge at Central

Laura Latrice Ramsey, 29, of 1939 Jackson Ave., was arrested at Ridge Avenue and Central Street at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on June 18 at 10:30 a.m.

Burglary

2000 Warren

Burglars entered a home in the 2000 block of Warren Street through an open window between 11  a.m. and 2:30 p.m. yesterday. Nothing was reported taken.

1100 Chicago

Burglars damaged a window to enter a liquor store in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue around 5:28 a.m. yesterday and stole alcoholic products.

Graffiti

Burnham at Lake Shore

Graffiti was discovered at a park at Burnham Place and Lake Shore Boulevard at 11:32 a.m. yesterday.

Theft

1600 Dodge

A bag was taken from an unsecured locker at Evanston Township High School between 2:50 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. yesterday.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
