Graffiti was discovered on the sidewalk near Lee Street and Wesley Avenue at 11:49 a.m. yesterday.
Dante M. King, 27, of 1319 Pitner Ave., was arrested at 1100 Church Street at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on July 17 at 1:30 p.m.
Desiree A. Williams, 56, of 1900 Sherman Ave., was arrested at 355 Ridge Ave. at 9:24 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on July 17 at 9 a.m.
