Burglary
1600 Dodge
A forced entry to a construction trailer resulted in the theft of power tools valued at $6,000 from a contractor doing work at Evanston Township High School between 2:40 p.m. Friday and 6:07 a.m. today.
1600 Madison
A laptop computer and a purse were stolen from an unlocked 2015 Toyota in the 1600 block of Madison Street between 4 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. Thursday.
500 Barton
Cash and miscellaneous merchandise were taken from an unlocked 2012 Toyota in the 500 block of Barton Avenue between 6 p.m. Thursday and 8:25 a.m. Friday.
2100 Seward
An opened window provided access for a burglar to a home in the 2100 block of Seward Street between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on July 7. Cash was reported missing.
800 South Boulevard
Stereo equipment was removed from an unlocked 2006 Ford in the driveway of a home in the 800 block of South Boulevard between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 8:45 a.m. yesterday.
Miscellaneous merchandise was taken from a 2011 BMW, thanks to an open window, while parked on the street in the 800 block of South Boulevard between 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. yesterday.
2600 Ridge
Medical equipment was taken from a 2002 Lexus parked in the Evanston Hospital parking lot between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday.
700 Mulford
Hinges were removed at an apartment storage area in the 700 block of Mulford Street, and hygeine products were stolen between 9 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Robbery
1900 Simpson
An estimated $800 in cash was taken from a victim in Twiggs Park by a perpetrator who displayed a knife and demanded the victim’s property at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday.
Battery
1510 Darrow
Eldridge C. Stallworth, 47, of 1510 Darrow Ave., was arrested at that address at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday and charged with battery.
Criminal Damage
400 Elmwood
Someone slashed the tires on a bicycle in an apartment common area in the 400 block of Elmwood Avenue around 6 a.m. yesterday.
1900 Lee
Damage was discovered to the driver’s side doors of a 2018 Honda in the 1900 block of Lee Street at about 1:42 a.m. today.
1700 Ridge
A sign was damaged in the 1700 block of Ridge Avenue between 11 a.m. and 11:44 a.m. Saturday.
Graffiti
800 Davis
Graffiti was discovered in the city parking lot in the 800 block of Davis Street at 7:27 p.m. Friday.
Other
2400 Dempster
Police received a report of a man with a gun at a gas station in the 2400 block of Dempster Street at about 7:07 p.m. Friday. They checked the area but found no man with a gun.
Theft
1400 Cleveland
A men’s bicycle was stolen from the garage of a home in the 1400 block of Cleveland Street between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. yesterday. The door to the garage was open at the time.
1600 Sherman
A purse was taken while unattended at a restaurant in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 9:07 p.m. and 9:17 p.m. Saturday.
1700 Sherman
Miscellaneous merchandise and stereo equipment was taken from a pharmacy in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue around 7 p.m. yesterday.
1900 Dempster
A bicycle secured in a business parking lot in the 1900 block of Dempster Street was stolen between 10:15 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. Saturday.
700 Clark
A bicycle locked to a bike rack in the 700 block of Clark Street was stolen between 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. yesterday.
1640 Chicago
Lance Alexander, 57, of 600 W. Fullerton Parkway, Chicago, was arrested at 1640 Chicago Ave. at 6:18 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Sept. 6 at 9 a.m.
1454 Elmwood
Kimberly Cole, 47, of 5434 N. Kenmore Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on Aug. 8 at 10:30 a.m.

Asghar Ali Chaudhry, 54, of 949 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 3312 Church St. at 11:41 a.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Aug. 7 at 1:30 p.m.
1039 Ridge
Adedamola Yusuf Adesola, 20, of 1705 W. Jonquil Terrace, Chicago, was arrested at 1039 Ridge Ave. at 11:03 a.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Aug. 17 at 1:30 p.m.
1300 Ridge
Jerry L. Curry, 63, of 9022 Sheridan Road, Kenosha, Wis., was arrested at 1300 Ridge Ave. at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Aug. 7 at 1:30 p.m.
Ridge at Church
Michael P. Hastings, 33, of 519 Halien Terrace, Park Ridge, was arrested at Ridge Avenue and Church Street at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on July 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Lloyd Lett, 52, of 1223 Dewey Ave., was arrested at Dodge Avenue and Main Street at 8:09 p.m. on July 8 and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Aug. 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Parrish L. Livingston, 27, of 821 Howard St., was arrested at Oakton Street and Darrow Avenue at 9:18 p.m. on June 26 and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Aug. 26 at 10:30 a.m.

Marcos B. Sanchez, 37, of 1816 Dobson St., was arrested at 140 Dodge Ave. at 9:44 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Isiah Jeremiah Woodard, 21, of 1834 W. Birchwood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 7510 N. Western Ave., Chicago, at 9:30 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 11 at 10:30 a.m.
An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
