A patron walked out of a Subway sandwich shop in the 900 block of Chicago Avenue without paying, after his credit card was denied, at 8:35 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

410 Ridge

William M. Dobbs, 26, of 410 Ridge Ave., was arrested at that address at 12:57 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.

Other

1328 Hinman

Patrick J. Gordon, 53, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 1328 Hinman Ave. at midnight today and charged with violation of an order of protection.

Traffic

1820 Chicago

Alexis L. Hedquist, 28, of 1211 Central St., was arrested at 1820 Chicago Ave. at 10:13 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on July 19 at 10:30 a.m.
