Next week is a short one for most of us, including the City of Evanston. Here is a schedule of variances from the norm that you should be aware of:
No recycling, trash, or yard waste collections will occur on Thursday, Nov. 26. Thursday’s trash and yard waste collections will occur on Friday. Thursday’s and Friday’s recycling collections will occur on Saturday.
The Morton Civic Center will be closed Thursday through Sunday. The Robert Crown Center, Evanston Public Library locations, and 3-1-1 Call Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
The Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, Chandler-Newberger Center, and Noyes Cultural Arts Center will be closed Thursday and Friday. The Levy Senior Center will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday and will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
The Ecology Center will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday and will be closed through Tuesday, Dec.1, for floor construction. It will reopen on Wednesday, Dec. 2.
