Building materials and miscellaneous merchandise were removed from a condominium in the 700 block of Dobson Street between 6 p.m. Friday and 8:55 a.m. yesterday.

1600 Sherman

A DVD player and movies were taken from a retail establishment in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue at 11:38 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

7050 Clark

Kaleb B. Williams, 25, of 1806 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 7050 N. Clark St., Chicago, at 10:37 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Nov. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Damage

500 Michigan

Someone scratched a 2007 Audi in an apartment parking space in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 8:24 a.m. yesterday.

Graffiti

800 Church

Graffiti was discovered in a business parking lot in the 800 block of Church Street at 12:25 p.m. yesterday.

An arrest does not contitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law.Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
