Police made three drunk driving arrests over the weekend and someone stole an unlocked vehicle with the keys left in it. Those among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Burglary

600 Ridge

Someone walked through an unlocked door of a single family home in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue and stole a purse and its contents between 1:30 and 3 p.m. Friday.

500 Main

Someone broke the front glass door of a restaurant in the 500 block of Main Street at 3:51 a.m. Saturday but nothing was taken.

800 Seward

Someone damaged the lock of an apartment storage area in the 800 block of Seward Street and stole a Trek bicycle between 9 a.m. July 14 and 3 p.m. Saturday.

400 Dempster

Someone used a key to enter a single family home in the 400 block of Dempster Street and stole a laptop computer at 10:16 p.m. Saturday.

1200 Hinman

Someone attempted to cut the screens on a single family home in the 1200 block of Hinman Avenue between 1 and 5:30 a.m. Sunday but nothing was taken.

1300 Judson

Someone stole two bicycles from an unlocked garage in the 1300 block of Judson Avenue between noon and 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

1600 Asbury

Food, cash and cosmetics were stolen from an unlocked 2014 BMW in the driveway of a home in the 1600 block of Asbury Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Friday.

2600 Prairie

The front door glass of a currency exchange in the 2600 block of Prairie Avenue was shattered at 1:50 a.m. this morning but nothing was taken.

200 Ridge

Someone walked through an unlocked door into an apartment in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue between 5 a.m. and 7:25 p.m. Friday but nothing was taken.

Criminal Damage to Property

500 Dodge

Glass panels were broken on a gas station in the 500 block of Dodge Avenue at 5:47 a.m. Saturday.

1800 Dodge

The rear window of a 2013 Chevy was broken on the street in the 1800 block of Dodge Avenue between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m. Friday.

800 Oakton

The side mirror of a 2012 Toyota was broken on the street in the 800 block of Oakton Street between noon July 15 and 7:15 p.m. Friday.

700 Sheridan

Anthony Munsey-Johnson, 18, of 538 Custer Ave., was arrested for burglary at 714 Sheridan Road at 1:55 p.m. Sunday.

Theft

900 Davis

An unsecured pink Trek bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in the 900 block of Davis Street between 9 a.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m.Friday.

1600 Chicago

A bottle of gin and food was stolen from Whole Foods Market in the 1600 block of Chicago Avenue at 10:51 a.m. Friday.

1800 Dempster

Furniture was removed from the sidewalk in the 1800 block of Dempster Street between 6 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

800 Hamlin

A 2013 Nissan, left unlocked with the key in the vehicle, was stolen from the street in the 800 block of Hamlin Street between 9:21 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

1900 Jackson

A purse and its contents were stolen from an apartment in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue between 11:45 p.m. Friday and 7:10 p.m. Saturday.

Traffic

1400 Asbury

Geoffrey Lynell Watt, of 2105 Hebron in Zion, was arrested for a traffic violation at 1418 Asbury Ave. at 1:21 a.m. Sunday and is due to appear in Skokie District Court at 9 a.m. August 9.

1500 Central

Timothy D. Freeman, 52 of 1414 Central St., was arrested for driving under the influence at 1501 Central St. at 6:25 p.m. Friday and is due to appear in Skokie District Court at 1:30 p.m. August 14.

Foster and Darrow

Riva E. McNamee, 44, of 1920 Ashland Ave., was arrested for driving under the influence at Foster Street and Darrow Avenue at 1:31 a.m. Saturday and is due to appear in Skokie District Court at 9 a.m. August 14.

1000 Dodge

Juan C. Ramirez, 57, of 1033 Dodge Ave., was arrested for driving under the influence at 1033 Dodge Ave. at 6:37 a.m. Sunday.
