Evanston police received reports of a pumpkin stolen on Greenwood Street and Halloween decorations from a yard on Leonard Place. These among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin.

Thefts

200 Greenwood

A pumpkin was stolen from the yard of a home in the 200 block of Greenwood Street around 8 p.m. Friday.

1100 Leonard

Halloween decorations were stolen from the yard of a home in the 1100 block of Leonard Place between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

1400 Dobson

A tablet computer that  had been delivered to an apartment common area in the 1400 block of Dobson Street was stolen late Friday morning.

1400 Chicago

A bicycle was taken from an apartment common area in the 1400 block of Chicago Avenue around noon on Friday.

Battery

2008 Pratt

Steven D. Bradley, 36, of 2008 Pratt Court, was arrested at that address at 2:54 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

415 Howard

Tamera A. Porter-Austin, 26, of 3311 Maple Lane, Hazel Crest, was arrested at 415 Howard St. at 2:19 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. She is due in court on Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Damage

300 Ridge

A 2016 Kia sustained scratches in a parking lot in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue between 7 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday.

Other

Custer at Howard

Police received a report of a man with a gun in the vicinity of Custer Avenue and Howard Street at 6:41 p.m. yesterday. They checked the area but found no man with a gun.

Traffic

530 Dodge

Oscar Alanis, 21, of 1731 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 530 Dodge Ave. at 1:33 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Nov. 9 at 9 a.m.

Chicago at Sheridan

Variller Merari Garcia, 32, was arrested at Chicago Avenue and Sheridan Road at 1:43 a.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. A court date has been set for Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m.

436 Barton

Elizabeth Alexis Granberry, 25, of 7411 N. Winchester Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 436 Barton Ave. at 3:41 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence.

Church at Central Park

Brandon D. Stewart, 34, of 2007 Dodge Ave., was arrested at Church Street and Central Park Avenue at 3:42 a.m. yesterday and charged with aggravated driving under the influence. He is due in court on Dec. 6 at 9 a.m.

1315 Davis

David R. Walden, 42, of 10635 S. Wabash Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1315 Davis St. at 8:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with aggravated driving under the influence.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
