Battery

1918 Brummel

Andrew C. Fox, 51, of 1918 Brummel St., was arrested at that address at 4:52 p.m. Monday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on March 15 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Damage

1000 Darrow

An attempt was made to slash a tire on a 2007 Nissan in the 1000 block of Darrow Avenue between 2 p.m. and 3:48 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1510 Chicago

Daniel Garcia-Lopez, 23, of 1628 W. Greenleaf St., Chicago, was arrested at 1510 Chicago Ave. at 4:30 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 31 at 1:30 p.m.

119 Elmwood

Victor M. Varo, 29, of 2901 N.Narragansett Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 119 Elmwood Ave., at 3:25 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 31 at 10:30 p.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
