CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Oakton at Asbury
An argument between drivers of two vehicles over a lane merger ended with one driver getting out of his car and shattering the rear window of the other vehicle, a 2012 Volkswagen, driven by a 21-year-old woman, near Oakton Street and Asbury Avenue, at about 7 p.m. Friday.
1800 Grant
Subjects damaged the door of a home in the 1800 block of Grant Street by kicking it, at about 8 a.m. Tuesday.
100 Callan
Someone keyed the passenger side door of a 2011 Dodge in the 100 block of Callan Avenue at about 4 p.m. Thursday.
1454 Elmwood
Darnaisha A. Tucker, 29, of 2307 Foster Ave., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 9:39 a.m. Friday and charged with criminal damage to property.
BATTERY
500 Davis
Luke O. Mhoon, 30, of 2123 Emerson St., was arrested at 500 Davis St. at 4:55 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.
BURGLARY
800 Hinman
Someone gained entry to a secured garage in the 800 block of Hinman Avenue between 7 p.m. on Sept. 11 and 7:15 a.m. on Sept. 14 and stole a red Trek bicycle.
1500 Sherman
Someone gained entry to a garage in the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue between noon on Sept. 13 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 14 and took an unsecured Surly Cruiser bicycle.
500 Hamilton
A burglar forced entry to a 2015 Mitsubishi work vehicle by breaking the rear windshield in the 500 block of Hamilton Street between 8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 a.m. Friday and stole power tools.
GRAFFITI
700 Custer
Graffiti was discovered on the door of a commercial building in the 700 block of Custer Avenue at 1:42 p.m. Friday.
SHOTS HEARD
Dodge at Warren
Gunshots were reported at Dodge Avenue and Warren Street at 3:09 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.
Dobson at Custer
Gunshots were reported at Dobson Street and Custer Avenue at 5:37 p.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.
THEFT
2400 Howard
Someone stole food items at the Jewel-Osco grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street at about 8 p.m. Friday.
800 Hinman
A black 2011 Honda Civic was taken from the street in the 800 block of Hinman Avenue between 6 p.m. on Sept. 13 and 8 a.m. the following day.
1000 Chicago
A dealer license plate was removed from a vehicle in a car lot in the 1000 block of Chicago Avenue between Jan. 1 and 3:23 p.m. Thursday.
1200 Central
A delivered package was taken from the front porch of a home in the 1200 block of Central Street between 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday.
100 Clyde
A catalytic converter was removed from a 2004 Toyota between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Clyde Avenue.
TRAFFIC
2748 Green Bay Road
Trevino D. Peppers, 38, of 6229 S. Winchester Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2748 Green Bay Road at 7:05 a.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation.
1484 Elmwood
Tammi Phoenix-Christi Watson, 28, of 7450 N. Seeley Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 9:40 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation.
