Multilingual Connections, which provides professional translation, transcription and interpretation services in over 75 languages for legal, healthcare, corporate, government and academic clients, has moved its office from Chicago to 828 Davis St. in Evanston.
“Our new location in downtown Evanston provides us the opportunity to work in a vibrant business community while also positioning us to service clients both in Chicago and throughout the suburbs,” said Jill Kushner Bishop, the firm’s founder and president. “Our newly-designed office space facilitates collaboration among our team while also supporting our continued growth.”
Annie Coakley, executive director of Downtown Evanston, said the move demonstrates that Evanston has the amenities to be competitive with Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods.
In addition to Bishop, Multicultural Connections has 10 employees. The firm’s offices were previously located in Bucktown. Bishop and her family live in Evanston.
