A television set was taken by a burglar from an unlocked apartment on Fowler Avenue yesterday. This among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.


1300 Fowler

An unlocked window provided access to a burglar at an apartment in the 1300 block of Fowler Avenue between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. yesterday. A television set was reported missing.


7400 Western

Diana Yvette Reyes, 26, of 6437 N. Fairfield Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 7400 N. Western Ave., Chicago, at 4:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on April 28 at 10:30 a.m.

1502 Ashland

Christopher A. Robinson, 60, of 1515 W. Monroe St., Chicago, was arrested at 1502 Ashland Ave. at 2:26 a.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on April 14 at 9 a.m.

1325 Howard

Harrison Williams, 73, of 2335 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1325 Howard St. at 4:15 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 3 at 1:30 p.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
