Members of the Evanston Police Department’s Special Operations Group this morning executed a search warrant for a narcotics investigation on an apartment at 2602 Central St.

Police spokesman Perry Polinski says officers recovered about 2,300 grams of cannabis,  40 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a scale, a large quantity of plastic baggies and about $4,000 in cash.

Two men who lived in apartment 2D at the address now face felony drug charges.

Demetrius D. Pully, 24, is charged with delivery and possesson of a controlled substance.

Brandon M. Taylor, 23, is charged with delivery and possession of cannabis.

A 21-year-old woman was also taken into custody during the raid, but was later released without charges.
