Two cars–one on the street, the other in a driveway–sustained damages in the 3200 block of Park Place. These among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Criminal Damage

3200 Park

A 2014 Acura, parked on the street in the 3200 block of Park Place, sustained scratches to the driver’s side door between 2 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday.

A 2010 Honda, parked in the driveway of a home in the 3200 block of Park Place, sustained scratches from the passenger side back door to the end of the rear passenger quarter panel between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. yesterday.

Shots Heard

Grey at Emerson

Gunshots were reported near Grey Avenue and Emerson Street at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

1100 Chicago

Alcoholic products were stolen from the Jewel Food Store in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue around 3 p.m. yesterday.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
