Theft

1100 Howard

Someone took a cell phone and cash left unattended at a restaurant in the 1100 block of Howard Street around 12:30 p.m. yesterday.

500 Sheridan

A package containing clothes that had been delivered to an apartment common area in the 500 block of Sheridan Road was stolen between 1 p.m. Saturday and 8:36 p.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

700 Brummel

A window of a 2003 Toyota was damaged in the 700 block of Brummel Street between 4 p.m. Sunday and 8:30 a.m. yesterday.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
