A wallet, left unattended at an office building in the 600 block of Church Street, has been stolen. This among the stories in today’s crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Theft

600 Church

A wallet that was left unattended in an office building in the 600 block of Church Street was taken between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. yesterday.

2200 Howard

A vacuum cleaner was taken from a store in the 2200 block of Howard Street around 9 p.m. Monday.

2100 Dempster

A 2019 white GMC Sierra that was rented from U-Haul in the 2100 block of Dempster Street has been reported stolen.

Burglary

800 Hamlin

A burglar climbed through the open window of an apartment in the 800 block of Hamlin Street between 9 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. yesterday.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
