A white 2014 GMC cargo van was stolen in the 100 block of Dodge Avenue at about 6:15 a.m. Monday while the driver was making a delivery.

600 Chicago
Medication was stolen from Walgreens Pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

BATTERY
1570 Elmwood
Christina D. Burpee, 51, of 1637 W. Estes Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1570 Elmwood Ave. at 3:45 p.m. Monday and charged with battery.

1010 Main
Jonathan Beckwith Polite, 31, of 1010 Main St., was arrested at that address at 9:46 p.m. Monday and charged with domestic battery.

BURGLARY
1000 Grove
Miscellaneous items were taken from an unlocked 2002 BMW in the 1000 block of Grove Street between 11 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. Thursday.

1400 Ashland
Coins were taken from an unlocked 2011 Kia in the 1400 block of Ashland Avenue between 11 p.m. Sunday and 8:15 a.m. Monday.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
2100 Howard
A bullet hole was discovered in a 2003 Toyota in the 2100 block of Howard Street at 10 a.m. Thursday.

TRAFFIC
1841 Howard
Sidnei Alexandria Clark, 29, of 1429 Oakton St., was arrested at 1841 Howard St., Chicago, at 6:52 p.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation.

1200 Lincoln
Tariq J. Finney, 44, of 5201 S. Cornell St., Chicago, was arrested at 1200 Lincoln St. at 8:47 a.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation.

1919 Dempster
Horacio Martinez, 21, of 2053 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1919 Dempster St. at 10:25 a.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation.

1322 Judson
Brian C. Thompson, 21, of 1304 Judson Ave., was arrested at 1322 Judson Ave. at 12:03 a.m. Monday and charged with driving under the influence.
