Burglary

2200 Ashland

Burglars broke into a warehouse in the 2200 block of Ashland Avenue between March 22 and noon yesterday and stole a black 2012 GMC. The keys were inside the vehicle when it was taken, police said.

Drugs

1235 Dodge

Anderson Bacette, 28, of 1321 Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, was arrested at 1235 Dodge Ave. at 7:54 p.m. Monday and charged with possession of cannabis. A court appearance has been set for  May 14 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti

1000 Maple

Graffiti was discovered in an alley in the 1000 block of Maple Avenue at 6:08 p.m. yesterday.

Theft

700 Mulford

A mountain bike was stolen from an apartment common area in the 700 block of Mulford Street between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 5:10 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1100 Lee

Veronica Roman, 44, of 1919 Brown Ave., was arrested at 1100 Lee St. at 2:47 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 23 at 1:30 p.m.

1100 Florence

Salvador Solis, 47, of 1666 W. Pratt Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1100 Florence Ave. at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on June 2 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
