The Housing Authority of Cook County is accepting pre-applications for one bedroom units at affordable housing buildings in Evanston at 1900 Sherman Ave. and 2300 Noyes Court.
The unit are available to persons who are at least 62 year old or are disabled.
Annual income for a one-person household can’t exceed $31,920. For a two-peson household the income limit is $36,480. Tenants are required to pay rent of up to 30 percent of their adjusted annual income.
