A wallet was removed from a purse at Sam’s Club in the 2400 block of Main Street between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

1200 Greenleaf

Someone damaged the driver’s side mirror of a 2000 Nissan in the 1200 block of Greenleaf Street between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 11:10 a.m. yesterday.

2100 Jackson

The living room and bedroom windows of an apartment in the 2100 block of Jackson Street were damaged between 5:40 a.m. and 6:34 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1930 Ridge

Jenny L. Ahern, 44, of 2531 Payne St., was arrested at 1930 Ridge Ave. at 7:22 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on Feb. 22 at 9 a.m.

2277 Howard

Miguel Laguna-Rivero, 44, of 6723 N. Maplewood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2277 W. Howard St., Chicago, at 3:31 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Jan. 29 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
