Chicago’s North Shore Restaurant Month
The 10th annual North Shore Restaurant Month runs now through Feb. 28. This popular dining event features more than 100 of the North Shore’s most popular restaurants offering a variety of specials and discounts.
Better yet, this year there are 29 restaurants in downtown Evanston offering free appetizers or desserts, a percentage off the entire bill, prix fixe meals, 2 for 1
specials and much more.

Downtown Evanston is excited to announce a partnership with Lyft to provide discounted, responsible rides to and from downtown Evanston for North Shore Restaurant Month.
To encourage visitors to dine in downtown Evanston, Lyft is offering new and existing Lyft users 20% off two rides using a special code. Follow these three steps to enjoy this promotion:

- Request a ride and get picked up within minutes

We Love Evanston Party & Photo Contest
Join us on Saturday, Feb. 10, noon to 2 p.m. to watch an ice carving demonstration in Fountain Square Plaza. Enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate from Patisserie Coralie or a mini Nutella milkshake from Edzo’s Burger Shop as you watch the ice transform into a special Valentine’s themed sculpture.
Downtown Evanston will have a prize wheel with a range of fun giveaways and gift cards, and “We Love Evanston” mugs available for a donation of $5. All proceeds will go toward creating a mural in downtown Evanston!

From Feb. 10 to 14, take a photo of a downtown Evanston restaurant, shop, public space, street corner, etc. that falls under one of the categories listed below and post it on Instagram and/or Facebook.
