Burglars entered the rear door of an apartment in the 700 block of Brummel Street between 6 a.m. and 6:14 p.m. yesterday and took jewelry, a purse, and a wallet.
Gunshots were reported in the 2200 block of Ridge Avenue at 12:45 a.m. today. Police checked the area but found nothing.
