Windows were broken on three floors of a building adjacent to the train tracks in the 900 block of Davis Street.This among stories in Tuesday’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
900 Davis
Three large windows, facing west  on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of an office building in the 900 block of Davis Street, were broken by rocks, possibly thrown by someone on the adjacent railroad tracks, between 7 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday.

1900 Jackson
Someone broke the rear window of a 1995 Acura, in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue, between 3 p.m. Friday and noon Sunday.

SHOTS HEARD
2000 Church
Gunshots were reported at 9:34 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of Church Street. Police checked the area but found nothing.

THEFT
2400 Main
Alcoholic products were stolen from Sam’s Club, in the 2400 block of Main Street, at 5:55 p.m. Saturday.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
