The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Evanston. It says we could get 8 to 12 inches of snow from early Monday through midday Tuesday.
Wind chills near 20 degrees below zero are also expected. Travel, the weather service says, “will be very difficult to impossible.”
The worst snow and travel conditions are expected from daybreak Monday to daybreak on Tuesday.
