The Community Investment Corporation will hold property management workshops March 22 and April 2 to 5 at the Evanston Civic Center.

Since 1999 over 9,000 landlords and managers have attended CIC property management training programs.

The introductory workshop March 22 is free. The four-session workshop in April costs $50. To register, call 312-258-0070 or sign up online.

The sessions, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Parasol Room, are offered in conjunction with the City of Evanston.

The introductory workshop will cover the Evanston landlord/tenant ordinance, bedbug resources and marketing and tenant selection.

The four night workshop series in April wll deal with marketing and tenant selection, routine and preventive maintenance, fair housing issues. collections and evictions, housing choice vouchers, bedbugs, real estate tax appeals and other topics.
