The doors of a 2012 Toyota were found sealed by a yellow substance yesterday morning in the 1300 block of Main Street.
Battery
1720 Emerson
Omar R. Al Adill, 24, of 1315 McDaniel Ave., was arrested at 9:30 a.m. yesterday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m.
2309 Emerson
Randy R. Pryor, 24, of 2309 Emerson St., was arrested at that address at 8:13 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Nov. 14 at 9:30 a.m.
Burglary
700 Hinman
A burglar forced a window open to an apartment in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue and stole some stereo equipment between 10 a.m. and 6:28 p.m. yesterday.
Other
1454 Elmwood
Teawonna Rosemary Smith, 20, of 3183 Norwood Court, Streamwood, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 8 a.m. yesterday and charged with reckless conduct. She is due in court on Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m.
Theft
1400 Maple
A sign was removed from the yard of a home in the 1400 block of Maple Avenue between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
